Tasks

• Supporting and coaching managers and clients in all relevant HR issues and management strategies to ensure optimal company development
• Designing and implementing customised HR strategies to promote corporate culture and personnel development, adapted to the specific requirements of the company
• Working closely with co-determination to successfully negotiate and implement works agreements to reconcile legal requirements and company objectives
• Active support in strategic HR planning and the analysis and management of HR key figures to optimise company performance
• Developing remuneration models and advising managers on remuneration design to ensure fair and competitive remuneration structures
• Participation and active involvement in company-wide projects with a direct impact on HR strategy and management
• Coordinating and managing the HR services provided by the service unit to ensure smooth HR operations

Qualification

• Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences studies in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification with a focus on personnel management or HR
• Many years of professional experience in HR, ideally in various HR functions such as personnel development, recruiting or strategic HR management
• Excellent German and English language skills to ensure professional and smooth communication in an international environment
• Valid class B driving licence and willingness to be flexibly mobile for external appointments and cross-location assignments
• Existing work permit for the EU
