Tasks

  • Management of supplier, article and customer master data in the spare parts business at Airbus
  • Contact person for telephone enquiries from internal and external data suppliers
  • Evaluation and processing of data procurement and update requests
  • Analysing causes and checking data in the event of inconsistencies
  • Development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures in coordination with the team and superiors
  • Participation in small projects, including internal change requests

Qualification

  • Completed studies in economics
  • Alternatively, successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable technical training at technician or business administrator level
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics, as a technical clerk and in master data maintenance
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3 and expertise with Google Workspace an advantage
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
