Tasks

• Implementation of lean standards
  
• Improvement of lean tools and routines through on-the-job training
  
• Initiation and support of on-site inspections of the management level with structured feedback
  
• Measurement and evaluation of lean maturity levels
  
• Support in the implementation of workshops (e.g. Kaizen workshops)
  
• Best-practice exchange with other lean change agents
  
• Support in setting up a lean roadmap and TIPs (Tactical Implementation Plans) with operational teams

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
  
• Professional experience in process improvement
  
• Basic knowledge of change management, lean management, CIP and project management
  
• Know-how in Google Workspace
  
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  
• Work permit for the EU
