Tasks

• Support project management to ensure success, especially in terms of schedule, cost and quality
• Work closely to ensure effective communication of planning, reporting and objectives
• Transparent communication as a central interface between various internal LHT departments, including sub-projects, management and internal and external stakeholders
• Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks to support the project process
• Creating documentation and presentations as part of the project
• Managing the project reporting system to ensure clear and accurate communication of information
• Supporting teams in problem identification and decision making for successful project realisation

Qualification

• Completed studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Professional experience in project management and business transformation is desirable
• Sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint
• Fluency in English is an advantage
• Existing work permit for the EU
