IT Support MyHR System Integration (m/f/x)

Are you an experienced IT support specialist with a talent for communicating complex technical information in an understandable way? Our client in Berlin is looking for a dedicated IT Support for MyHR System Integration. If you have a strong service orientation, can patiently and empathetically respond to the needs of end users and enjoy solving user questions and problems, then you've come to the right place. Become part of a dynamic team and support the successful introduction and utilisation of the MyHR platform in an exciting international environment.

The position is limited to 12 months.

Tasks

  • Define the MyHR vision and goals and share them within the company
  • Demonstrate the success of MyHR and alignment with corporate goals
  • Provide an overall view of the MyHR process
  • Identify stakeholders and assess their interests and potential resistance
  • Creating a detailed plan with steps, timeline and resources
  • Developing clear, consistent messages and utilising communication channels
  • Organising meetings, workshops and discussion formats
  • Informing stakeholders about progress and encouraging feedback
  • Defining KPIs, evaluating platform impact and sharing results

Qualification

  • Completed training or studies in relevant fields such as computer science, business informatics or human resources
  • Additional qualifications in HR technology or IT systems are an advantage
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting HR software systems
  • Hands-on experience with HR management tools such as MyHR or similar systems
  • Expertise in integrating systems and migrating data
  • Basic knowledge of database management and configuration of software
  • Very good command of English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
