Tasks

• Support specialist departments and purchasing in the creation and monitoring of legally compliant contracts
• Comprehensive documentation and tracking of all contract steps
• Holistic support of the entire contract process, from the requirement request to the service description to the final signing of the contract
• Ensuring a smooth process and effective coordination of all parties involved
• Strategic coordination of tasks between specialist departments and purchasing
• Managing and coordinating the decision-making committee for direct awards and ensuring transparent and legally compliant decision-making processes
• Continuous analysis and optimisation of contract processes
• Providing specialist advice and training to employees in the areas of contract law and contract design
• Proactive follow-up and monitoring of all contract activities

Qualification

• Completed studies as a business lawyer or successfully passed the first state examination in law
• Several years of sound professional experience in contract law and contract drafting
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the legally compliant drafting of contracts
• Extensive knowledge of labour law, in particular the distinction between temporary employment and contracts for work and services
• Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
• Present and valid work permit for the European Union
