Tasks

  • Responsible for the coordination between Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of the right parts to the point of use
  • Ensuring the timely arrival of all parts with the appropriate logistical means
  • Continuous optimisation of logistics processes in workstations, units and plants
  • Contributing to the holistic improvement of logistics solutions from start to finish
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of performance, costs and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with all service agreements through continuous monitoring
  • Resolving issues through a quick and easy alert and escalation process
  • Carrying out root cause analyses to prevent errors, participating in continuous process optimisation, as well as planning and conducting audits in cooperation with the quality department to implement measures

Qualification

  • Degree in industrial engineering or supply chain/logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain/logistics
  • Basic user knowledge in SAP, experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
