Tasks

• Acceptance, coordination and prioritisation of work orders and components for a smooth inspection process
• Independent execution of non-destructive testing (NDT) according to applicable regulations and standards
• Precise evaluation of test results and creation of detailed test reports
• Close dialogue with internal customers and departments responsible for interfaces to clarify requirements
• Active participation in projects for the continuous improvement of testing processes
• Commissioning and continuous monitoring of testing equipment to ensure optimum system performance

Qualification

• Successfully completed training as materials tester or in a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in materials testing
• Level 2 ISO-9712 certification in penetrant testing (PT) and/or magnetic particle testing (MT) is required
• EN4179 qualification and experience in metallography is desirable
• User knowledge in Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and basic knowledge of English
• Existing work permit for the EU
