Tasks

  • Carrying out payroll accounting for clients with up to 60 employees, including all relevant payroll processes
  • Preparation of all necessary certificates and reports for communication with banks, social security institutions and authorities
  • Expert assessment of employment relationships for correct social security reporting and comprehensive advice to clients on all payroll-related issues
  • Accompanying social security audits and actively clarifying complex issues in payroll accounting to ensure compliance
  • Regular participation in training courses to keep up to date with the latest legislative changes and developments in payroll accounting

Qualification

  • Secure and up-to-date knowledge of tax and social security regulations relevant to payroll accounting
  • Good knowledge of the DATEV LODAS software or willingness to quickly and comprehensively familiarise yourself with the programme
  • A high degree of care, accuracy and analytical thinking when processing payroll accounting and checking complex payroll data
  • Confident and friendly demeanour in direct interaction with clients and employees to competently answer payroll-related questions
  • Independent organisation of payroll accounting tasks to meet deadlines and ensure high quality payroll accounting
