Tasks

  • Systematic collection and organisation of relevant data
  • Efficient transfer of information to the respective product lines
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders have access to necessary material information
  • Development of a plan for the effective utilisation of the processed information in the recipient areas
  • Practical implementation of the concept in the target areas to optimise work processes
  • Regular review of material range to avoid bottlenecks
  • Forward-looking planning for early identification and management of potential material shortages

Qualification

  •  Degree in industrial engineering or business administration, alternatively demonstrably equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Professional experience in process design and modelling
  • Sound knowledge of methods (e.g. BPM 2.0)
  • Proven practical skills in planning and implementing projects
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution as well as professional moderation techniques for the effective implementation of workshops
  • Business fluent in English
  • Work permit for the European Union available
