Tasks

• Collaboration in an efficiency improvement programme in engine engineering
• Independent management of sub-projects and task packages, e.g. development of a training concept
• Supporting the programme manager in the implementation of change measures
• Activities in the project management office
• Planning, coordination and organisation of meetings and workshops
• Creation and coordination of internal and external communication
• Carrying out research and preparing information
• Creating presentation material and status reports
• Monitoring various topics within the programme

Qualification

•  Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in economics or engineering
• Professional experience in PMO activities and project management
• Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Advanced written and spoken German and English skills
• Existing work permit for the EU
