Tasks

• Effective support for the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Support in answering strategic questions (determination of hiring requirements for production employees per cost center and planning of space consolidation in a 600MA area with over 15,000 m² of production space)
• Further development and implementation of capacity comparisons by demand and supply per cost center
• Preparation and creation of meaningful presentations for the management
• Coordination and moderation of meetings and external conferences
• Detailed preparation of topics until they are ready for presentation to various stakeholders
• Supporting the project team with Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as coordination tasks
• Taking on independent project management after the induction phase
  

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering
• Sound experience in project management
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Existing work permit for the EU
