Tasks

• Efficient management of catering services, projects and concepts with a focus on process optimisation
• Goal-oriented project management - ensuring the fulfilment of agreed customer requirements in terms of time, quality and budget
• Ensuring the timely, qualitative and cost-efficient delivery of services through continuous performance monitoring and improvement
• Monitoring service providers based on daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance metrics
• Creating and maintaining detailed supplier reports to track performance
• Independent evaluation of the monthly financial report, comparison with contractual KPI targets and continuous optimisation of contractual services
• Independent preparation of make-or-buy analyses and decision templates to support management as well as presentation and discussion of the results in management meetings
• Responsible for the holistic planning and control of the supply chain and budgets in catering, with a focus on the Hamburg location

Qualification

• Completed studies in project management, business administration or supply chain/logistics
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management and project management as well as demonstrable experience in process optimisation and contract management
• Experience in personnel management and team management
• In-depth expertise in change management, project management and process management as well as experience in catering and budget management
• Expertise with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to ensure food hygiene and safety
• Good know-how in dealing with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel within Germany on a monthly basis and an existing work permit for the EU
