Tasks

• Development and implementation of strategies to integrate information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) into maintenance processes
• Coordination between IT and OT departments for seamless integration of systems and data flows
• Connecting and analyzing data from various sources to create maintenance requirements and forecasts
• Implement predictive maintenance solutions and other advanced maintenance techniques through data analytics and machine learning
• Ensuring the cybersecurity of maintenance systems and data, including the implementation of security policies
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes
• Training employees in IT and OT systems as well as new technologies and procedures

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training or studies in engineering with many years of professional experience
• Several years of experience in manufacturing and production
• Experience in the maintenance environment and knowledge of PLC controls
• Expertise in data analysis and cyber security is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Work permit for the EU available
