Tasks

• Optimise communication and collaboration between FAL management and the FSE team to ensure smooth production processes
• Responsibility for the organisation and management of order preparation in cooperation with local teams, OSW of the OEM or the working group
• Act as main point of contact for daily production status and ensure availability of parts, labour and chemicals
• Coordinating and organising daily processes with programme, quality, OE production and logistics teams
• Planning and rescheduling of production processes and OSW activities to meet project targets
• Ensuring the timely booking of new parts and chemicals to avoid production interruptions
• Supervising the return of parts from quarantine to the OEM and ensuring swift processing

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical specialisation
• Proven practical experience in production coordination or in a similar field of activity within the aviation industry
• Sound knowledge in the planning, rescheduling and optimisation of production processes as well as in the use of modern project management methods
• Confident handling of production planning software and the usual MS Office programmes
• Very good German and English language skills for communication in an international environment
• Valid work permit for the European Union
