Tasks

• Technical and administrative support of aircraft in the flightline and delivery phase to ensure a smooth handover
• Planning and coordination of work by Airbus partners, suppliers and external companies, including operational coordination of engine activities
• Material procurement and order process monitoring to ensure on-time delivery and availability
• Analysing maintenance problems and defining and implementing technical solutions to rectify faults
• Creating, calculating and validating work plans in IT systems for precise task allocation
• Participation in projects and management of sub-projects, particularly in the area of subcontracting and outsourcing
• Ensuring and reviewing subcontractor services through reviews, KPI monitoring and acceptance of deliverables
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications and Standard Operation Instructions (SOI) in accordance with Airbus guidelines

Qualification

• Completed technical vocational training, at least with a master craftsman's degree
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning/control and manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of the Airbus endline process and technical support required and project management expertise is desirable
• Expertise in the area of flightline/delivery is required
• In-depth user knowledge with SAP; experience with Google Workspace an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and on-call duty required
• Existing work permit for the EU
