Tasks

• Management and coordination of supplier activities in final assembly to ensure the highest quality standards in the production process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams from production, quality assurance, design and purchasing, from shop floor level to management, to optimise the production process
• Establishing and maintaining a continuous feedback process with Supply Chain Quality to sustainably eliminate recurring quality issues
• Monitoring and ensuring critical milestones in the production process, especially for cabin interiors (e.g. final cabin, final quality, final electrics)
• Effective management of escalation processes for critical missing parts that affect the production process

Qualification

• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical degree programme
• Alternatively, completed vocational training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems, aircraft electronics technician, aircraft mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician (at least master craftsman level)
• Several years of professional experience in electrics, manufacturing/production, industrial mechanics and mechatronics
• Basic SAP expertise required; experience with Google Workspace an advantage
• Proficient German and advanced English skills
• Willingness to work a 2-shift system and occasional work on Sundays and public holidays
• Valid work permit for the European Union
