Tasks

• Responsibility for the definition, development, implementation, management and review of security policies, instructions, procedures and standards
• Continuous risk assessments to protect employees, sites, assets, activities, information, technical resources and products
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in national and international programmes and projects, e.g. in Germany, NATO, EU, OCCAR
• Measures to monitor and ensure the protection of know-how and information security
• Advice and support for travellers and delegates abroad on security issues
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the emergency and crisis management organisation and integration into the crisis management organisation
• Development and implementation of education and training measures to increase security awareness

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of risk and security management or a comparable qualification
• Experience in working with IT applications and a high affinity for technological solutions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and sound basic knowledge of information technology
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Strong ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams independently and responsibly
