Tasks

• Carrying out central analyses of company resources in close cooperation with the plant controlling and specialist departments
• Preparation of meaningful reports for finance management, including recommendations for action
• Analysing budget and target deviations with a focus on risks and opportunities, responsible for risk management
• Continuous development and optimisation of reporting strategies and project management for their implementation
• Coordinating and communicating the resource planning and reporting process for the consolidation of all business units
• Development and implementation of change processes for standardised, meaningful and transparent resource reporting and coordinated planning processes in the controlling community
• Liaising between the controlling teams with regard to reporting and planning processes

• Close dialogue with the strategic resources team and other departments within the headquarters
  

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or economics
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance as well as in resource management
• Good knowledge of change management and risk management
  
• In-depth application knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Proficient in German and English
• Visualisation skills are an advantage
• Work permit for the EU
