Tasks

• Efficient management of material flow to Airbus and proactive solution finding for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
• Ensure accuracy of delivery requirements and develop innovative ideas to fulfil demand immediately
• Communicating and tracking delivery requirements, placing orders, analysing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Actively co-design and negotiate logistics processes to optimise supply chains
• Monitoring supply chain performance on a day-to-day basis and liaising regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery quality
• Regular communication with internal customers on current order status and progress
• Participation in the on-call service for rapid response to urgent enquiries and emergencies

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering, technical studies or in the field of supply chain / logistics
• Alternatively, vocational training as a logistics specialist, forwarding agent or technical training at least at master craftsman level
• Several years of professional experience in configuration management, scheduling / material procurement, logistics and supply chain management
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP, experience with Google Workspace is advantageous
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of German, Spanish and French is desirable
• Existing work permit for the EU
