Tasks

• Active participation in the New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Ensure efficient and timely order fulfilment
• Manage and maintain order data in the ERP system to support production processes
• Identify delays and prioritise urgent actions to support assembly lines and customer support
• Developing and implementing short and long-term action plans to improve logistics processes and manage delays
• Continuously monitor supply chain performance and resolve conflicts in areas such as receiving, workshop and shipping
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to implement preventative and corrective actions
• Promote efficient return logistics processes, including supply management, parts return and subsequent build-out

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of aerospace, business administration or supply chain / logistics
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and operational and strategic procurement
• Sound experience in supply chain and logistics
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Excel and initial expertise with SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Existing work permit for the European Union
