Tasks

  • Managing all administrative and organisational processes within the project development team to ensure a smooth process
  • Responsibility for processing and handling orders and invoicing in SAP with a focus on precision and adherence to deadlines
  • Planning and realisation of marketing events such as trade fair appearances to ensure a successful corporate image
  • Managing and maintaining the SharePoint to ensure an effective and seamless exchange of information within the team
  • Planning and organising team meetings and following up on tasks to keep everyone involved up to date
  • Supporting onboarding to enable new colleagues to integrate into their roles quickly and smoothly
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a safety-conscious, motivated and creative corporate culture

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a commercial assistant or administrative position
  • Confident user knowledge of MS Office and SAP for the efficient organisation of work processes
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure as well as strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
  • A valid work permit for the EU
