Tasks

• Management of vendor invoices and payments
• Accounting for debtors and creditors
• Management of fixed assets in accounting
• Efficient receivables management and dunning process
• Verification, account assignment and posting of business transactions
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Support in the preparation of account balancing
• Carrying out payment runs according to the schedule
• Updating and maintaining master data in the accounting department

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an accountant or equivalent level of education
• Practical experience in accounting is an advantage
• Knowledge of internal and external accounting
• Legal knowledge of tax and commercial law is important
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
