Tasks

  • Fine-tuning and improving productive processes through comprehensive analysis and optimisation
  • Ensuring production quality through constant adjustments and updates to achieve and maintain the highest standards
  • Continuously reviewing and optimising tool specifications, processing change requests and ensuring the quality of the design
  • Making seamless adjustments in change management and adapting job descriptions
  • Effective coordination of automation solutions through seamless integration of supplier installations for automation equipment

Qualification

  • Successfully completed engineering degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in various key areas such as workflow planning, work system planning, production planning, work preparation and work and production control
  • Specialised in manual production processes and expertise in working with aluminium and composite materials, including prototyping
  • Familiarity with various joining processes such as screwing, riveting and sealing as well as knowledge of measuring methods
  • Technical understanding of specific tolerances and critical steps for inspection processes
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and MES systems
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to the USA until probably the end of 2025
