Tasks

• Production and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies according to construction documents and drawings

• Production of components according to aviation standards

• Preparation by viewing orders and drawings and providing production equipment

• Positioning and fixing of components

• Carrying out and documenting the assembly of components and assemblies

• Surface protection through rivet head application and preservation of sealed seams

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechanic, fitter or process mechanic for plastics and rubber

• First professional experience in precision mechanics, industrial mechanics, plastics and rubber technology as well as aviation mechanics or structural mechanics at Airbus Operations

• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English

• Willingness to work in 2–3 shifts

• Existing work permit for the EU
