Tasks

• Drafting templates for operating instructions in the editorial system
• Creation of additional technical documents, such as assembly and service instructions in the editorial system
• Management of translations
• Ongoing maintenance of templates and documents
• Design and modification of graphics

Qualification

• Successfully completed training as a technical editor or basic training in the field of natural sciences and technology
• Professional experience in the fields of technical documentation and systems engineering would be an advantage
• Expertise in writing technical instructions, texts and manuals
• Practical expertise in the use of editing systems, preferably based on XML
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards and procedures for technical documentation
• User knowledge of MS Office and image editing software as well as practical experience with Adobe FrameMaker is desirable
• Excellent German and good English skills
