Tasks

• Office management in Donauwörth with team responsibility, project performance, budget control and growth ambitions

• Development of sales and business concepts for Airbus Helicopters and other customers in Southern Germany and the DACH region

• Management and development of a versatile team for efficient project realisation with a focus on mechanical and electrical integration

• Conducting contract negotiations, proposal preparation and proactive customer management

• Organising the recruitment of specialists, implementing personnel marketing campaigns and individual employee support

Qualification

• Ideally a degree in engineering

• Practical experience in business administration and/or engineering, in team management and in a production environment

• Aviation knowledge, especially in the field of helicopters (an advantage for military programmes)

• Expertise with aviation standards such as DO-160, CS-29 and others

• Business fluent in German and English, French is an advantage

• Flexibility for travelling within Germany

• Existing work permit within the EU
