Tasks

• Efficient controlling of NRC project costs with comprehensive planning, tracking of actual costs and performance analyses

• Development and implementation of personnel cost controlling with a focus on the clear separation between series and topline NRC costs

• Inventory controlling and management for the Varel site to ensure optimal utilisation of resources

• Precise controlling of functional costs, including detailed planning and actual cost tracking

• Carrying out forecast, operational and budget planning as well as monthly reporting for assigned areas of responsibility

• Creating cost transparency for all cost components to achieve cost and performance targets in production centres and specialist areas

• Periodic reporting with key figures, prepared for internal and external target groups, including management level presentation

• Analysing, managing and communicating monthly results and initiating countermeasures in the event of deviations

• Proactive participation in the implementation, further development, harmonisation and standardisation of methods, processes and tools in Finance / Controlling

• Creation and validation of business cases as well as post-calculation after implementation of measures for sustainable financial optimisation

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics

• Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance, with a particular focus on successful business partnering

• Advantageous understanding of production-related manufacturing processes or workflows

• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP, SAP/MM-PP, Google Workspace, SAP ERP, CO, PS and BW

• Business fluent in German and English for effective communication in an international environment

• Existing work permit for the EU
