Tasks

• Design and control of support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering department

• Analysing and detailed specification of business requirements

• Coordination of activities as part of the management of change processes

• Support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications

• Definition and monitoring of key indicators of the support process

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in computer science

• Several years of professional experience in IT and information systems

• Sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components, programming paradigms and product management

• Expertise in the technical support of applications in the aviation sector

• Expertise in Airbus project processes is advantageous

• Business fluent in English

• Existing work permit for the EU
