Tasks

• Identification and elimination of weak points in the Development Assurance System (DAS) of the Airbus Helicopters Design Organisation

• Process optimisation in DAS with regard to continuous improvement and efficient workflows
  

• Support and effective coordination of certification & airworthiness processes for aeronautical standards
  

• Conformity check of compliance documents according to aviation regulations for the highest safety standards

• Consultancy on aviation regulations for process owners and improvers to ensure compliance with legal requirements

• Participation in internal and external audits

• Management of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions for various Design Organisation Approvals (DOAs)

• Supporting Level of Involvement Reduction projects and DOA performance analyses to increase efficiency

• Continuous improvement and expansion of the Development Organisation Approval (DOA) and integration of interfaces to the "Single POA"

• Representation of approval-relevant topics with authorities (e.g. EASA), partners and suppliers of the respective Design Organisation Approval (DOA) and in manufacturing operations for a holistic safety assurance

Qualification

• Completed master's or diploma degree in aerospace engineering

• Several years of experience in the aerospace industry and in the field of quality engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations, in particular Part 21J, the process landscape in development operations and the basics of a design assurance system

• In-depth understanding of the company's own processes (CES)

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Existing work permit for the European Union
