Tasks

  • Ensuring safety, punctual delivery and quality in all phases of the assembly process

  • Assembly of high and low voltage battery components and assemblies in accordance with specified quality standards

  • Identify defects and provide feedback to the appropriate teams and assist in root cause analysis

  • Assist in the optimisation of manufacturing processes, equipment and tools, as well as in the development of repair solutions

  • Help implement digital improvements and innovations related to manufacturing control systems

  • Work closely with different departments

Qualification

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering / electronics in the aerospace, automotive, heavy industry or power electronics sector

  • ALTERNATIVELY successfully completed electrical engineering apprenticeship

  • Confident handling of medium and high voltage systems up to 1 kV DC is desirable

  • Experience in large-scale production and/or battery production is an advantage

  • Formal high voltage/working certification is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shift)
