  • Carrying out internal and external repairs and functional tests using modern diagnostic systems to monitor progress
  • Identify and repair faults, initiate corrective actions in consultation with all parties involved and communicate transparently
  • Documentation and reporting of technical deviations to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Checking parts and components for correctness and completeness to ensure flawless functionality
  • Carrying out quality assurance on assembly contents and comparing target/actual deviations and careful documentation
  • Identifying and eliminating assembly defects on parts, assemblies and components to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Carrying out rework according to instructions and detailed documentation of defects and measures
  • Flexible and professional execution of mechanical and electrical assemblies as required


  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specialising in production engineering or equivalent qualification in a metalworking profession with appropriate retraining
  • Several years of experience in structural engineering with demonstrably outstanding structural knowledge
  • Confident competence in reading technical drawings
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Perception of business trips as part of the onboarding process
  • Existing work permit within the European Union
