Tasks

• Active participation in procurement activities and professional management of bidding and contract negotiations to ensure optimal purchasing conditions according to company requirements

• Continuous monitoring of contracts in the phases of innovation, development, series production and support in close cooperation with suppliers and company stakeholders

• Ensuring contract compliance throughout the lifecycle, including supplier fulfilment of expected performance in areas such as logistics, support, quality and cost

• Effectively manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and optimise customer value while reducing total cost of ownership and risk in ongoing projects

• Dedicated involvement in MFTs (Multi-Functional Teams) and MDTs (Multi-Disciplinary Teams) during the tendering and contracting phase and throughout the duration of the contract

Qualification

• Active participation in procurement activities and professional management of bidding and contract negotiations

• Ongoing monitoring of contracts in the innovation, development, series production and support phases

• Experience in the aviation sector, especially with Airbus, is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of SAP and desirable expertise in Google Workspace

• Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is advantageous

• Flexibility for occasional business trips (1–2 times a year)

• Existing work permit for the European Union
