Aviation Project Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for an experienced Aviation Project Manager for our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. Outstanding team and negotiation skills are essential in this position. A confident demeanour, conflict resolution skills, initiative and the ability to solve complex issues in a structured manner are essential. Creativity, a spirit of innovation, quick decision-making and intercultural skills are also required as key qualifications for this role. Tasks

  • Planning of work packages for structured project processes

  • Effective coordination of the team and technical support

  • Customer and supplier support at national and international level

  • Preparation, coordination and moderation of productive production meetings

  • Coordination and monitoring of topic-specific goals for optimal results

  • Proactive initiation of measures to eliminate internal and external disruptions

  • Efficient coordination of remaining work to ensure on-time completion

  • Management of complaints from internal suppliers for quality improvement

  • Monitoring, controlling and risk assessment of delivery performance for sustainable optimisation

  • Active participation in national and internal projects and precise preparation of reports

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or aerospace

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering as well as production planning and control

  • In-depth knowledge of production processes in aircraft construction

  • Detailed user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace, additional knowledge of Skywise an advantage

  • Flexibility for possible Saturday work required

  • Work permit for the European Union available
