Tasks

  • Responsibility for the development, implementation and strategic introduction of lean methods
  • Contact person for the use of tools such as SPC, control plan and PFMEA to ensure part and assembly conformity
  • Implementation of Q tools and methods as well as coaching of employees
  • Carrying out assessments to ensure the accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of new methods
  • Supporting the Customer Protection Board and analysing deviations in the process
  • Active participation in the continuous development of the quality management system at the site for sustainable process improvement

Qualification

  • Completed technical studies or industrial engineering with a degree as a technician or business administrator as a minimum
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
  • Additional qualifications in lean and change management are an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office at at least detailed level and experience with data-based tools is desirable
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
