  • Development of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and creation of production control plans for assembly and parts production

  • Application of prevention planning processes in new and change projects using software tools such as CAQ

  • Implementing sustainable process and product improvements by applying the APQP system, including decision tree, project and schedule, KBD checklist, KBD assessments, KBD validation, reporting and lessons learnt

  • Convening, guiding and moderating multi-functional teams (MFTs)

  • Identification, tracking and verification of corrective and preventive actions

  • Planning and implementation of improvement projects as part of the identified measures

  • Definition, development and implementation of standards in quality planning


  • Degree in engineering or mechanical engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in project management and quality assurance as well as experience in conflict and change management

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and SAP R/3

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
