Tasks

  • Accounting & Controlling:
    • Professional management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Implementation of an efficient dunning system for optimal receivables management
    • Ensuring financial integrity through the implementation of precise payment transactions
    • Support for controlling and detailed evaluations as well as comprehensive insights into financial data
  • Customs law support:
    • Expert assistance in customs law matters for smooth processes
  • Office management & project support:
    • Reception and support of visitors for positive experiences
    • Efficient telephone and mail management for seamless communication
    • Precise data maintenance for optimal business processes
    • Dedicated help for the team with current projects

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training - career starters are welcome
  • Initial experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
  • German language skills at least C-level
  • Reliable, inquisitive and structured team player who enjoys back office activities
