Tasks

• Processing and posting current business transactions as part of financial accounting for our companies and customers

• Supervision of day-to-day operations as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting

• Realisation of monthly and annual financial statements including tax returns according to HGB as well as group reporting within the specified deadlines

• Carrying out payment transactions for the Group companies and monitoring account balances

• Preparation of monthly business analyses and statistics 

• Preparation of documents for tax audits

• Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors

• Support and configuration of accounting settings in the customer's ERP tool

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as an accountant or comparable commercial training

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with a focus on accounting and annual financial statements

• Good expertise with DATEV accounting or relevant financial accounting software

• High IT affinity and interest in digital work are desirable

• Willingness to undergo further training and interest in current developments in the field of accounting and financial reporting
