Tasks

  • Active participation in procurement activities for efficient supply chain management

  • Competent management of bidding and contract negotiations for optimal conditions

  • Careful monitoring of the contract in the innovation, development, series production and support phases with suppliers and company stakeholders

  • Conscientiously ensuring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle

  • Professional relationship management with suppliers in day-to-day business and ongoing projects to maximise customer value while reducing operating costs and risks

  • Collaborate in multi-dimensional and multi-functional teams during tendering and contracting phases and throughout the contract lifecycle

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics or a comparable technical degree programme

  • Several years of expertise in the areas of purchasing, supplier management, supply chain/logistics and contract management

  • First user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

  • Airbus experience as an additional plus

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Willingness for occasional business trips (1-2 times a year)

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
