Tasks

  • Responsibility for procurement in the area of Fabrics & Emergency Equipment

  • Collaboration in versatile teams, especially during tenders, contract awards and contract periods

  • Ensuring the contractual framework agreements between Airbus and suppliers, including negotiations on industrial, technical and commercial requirements

  • Participation in procurement activities, such as the management of tender submissions for optimal purchasing conditions

  • Monitoring the contract in the innovation, development, series production and support phases

  • Ensuring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle

  • Monitoring supplier management in terms of logistics, support, quality and costs

  • Participation in projects to optimise total cost of ownership and risk reduction

Qualification

  • Successful degree in industrial engineering or business administration

  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, engineering and supplier management

  • Desirable experience in the negotiation of contracts

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP required, expertise with Google Workspace an advantage

  • Proficient in German and business fluent in English

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
