Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of optimal suppliers and offers

• Establishing and expanding sustainable relationships with potential and existing service providers and suppliers

• Preparation and smooth processing of order transactions

• Monitoring of delivery dates and professional processing of complaints

• Providing purchasing-related advice to specialist departments to support their requirements planning

• Negotiating and successfully concluding framework and supply agreements for fair conditions

• Continuous further development of the supplier base in close coordination with specialist departments and quality management

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with a focus on purchasing

• Several years of sound professional experience in purchasing

• Desirable knowledge in the use of ERP system software

• Business fluent in German and English as well as another foreign language such as French

• Existing work permit for the European Union
