Tasks

  • Ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality fulfilment of project objectives for customer satisfaction in accordance
  • Establishing, leading and promoting an interdisciplinary project team (matrix organisation) across all project phases
  • Ensuring the continuous integration and use of lessons learned to optimise projects
  • Active management of risks and opportunities as well as contract management to minimise uncertainties and maximise project success
  • Leading and coordinating procurement projects to introduce new configuration batches and develop new programmes
  • Ensure successful placement and tracking of new components with various suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Ensure effective management and collaboration with partners and suppliers for optimal project outcomes

Qualification

  • Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, manufacturing engineering and project management as well as initial experience in aerospace and project management
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Basic knowledge of configuration change management is desirable
  • Detailed user knowledge of SAP and expertise with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally once a month for approx. 1–4 days
  • Existing work permit for the EU
