Tasks

  • Carrying out order processing and scheduling for test equipment calibration

  • Scheduling work, including analysing and clarifying deadline deviations

  • Coordination and tracking of processing sequences

  • Tracking and monitoring throughput times and deadlines

  • Processing, clarifying and rectifying errors

  • Entering, maintaining and analysing data

  • Dispatch and tracking of test and measuring equipment

  • Processing discrepancies (swapped parts or orders)

  • Supporting calibration engineering and the calibration laboratories as well as performing special tasks

Qualification

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training

  • ALTERNATIVE: Proven comparable qualification acquired through many years of professional experience

  • Basic knowledge of business administration and a good understanding of logistical processes

  • Knowledge of test equipment calibration desirable

  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Willingness to undertake job-related further training

  • Existing work permit for the EU
