Tasks

  • Recording and analysing technical changes to the aircraft with a focus on impact, feasibility and approval

  • Effective management of change processes and monitoring of implementation

  • Close cooperation with production on change proposals and optimisation measures

  • Coordination of operational CM activities between programmes, engineering, quality assurance, production and customer service

  • Creation of comprehensive documentation for each change

  • Ensuring complete documentation through the use of CM methods and specific tools

  • Collaboration and coordination in sub-projects

Qualification

  • Degree in engineering, aerospace or a comparable technical field

  • Several years of professional experience in change management, configuration management, engineering and/or aerospace

  • Profound knowledge of PDMLink, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, vpm, zamiz and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and English, French an advantage

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

  • Existing work permit for the EU
