Tasks

  • Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and deliveries in accordance with the deadline and quality specifications

  • Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses

  • Responsibility for order processing as well as for the ordering process (e.g. replacement, missing and production parts, hardware and devices)

  • Proactive notification of the customer about the progress of orders

  • Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain and close cooperation with suppliers and all interfaces

  • Analysing late deliveries and managing recovery plans

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in supply chain / logistics or economics

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics

  • Experience in aerospace

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system incl. weekend and public holiday work as well as on-call duty

  • Existing work permit for the EU
