Planning, development, modification and commissioning of equipment and devices (T&E) for the assembly and disassembly of engines and devices for the repair of engine parts
Management and collaboration on projects in the context of repair development
Carrying out capacity expansion of engine lines / shops
Optimisation of workflows and processes in equipment planning and development
Ensuring the documentation of operating resources and equipment in accordance with legal and LHT-specific requirements
Specification, tendering and procurement of equipment and devices, taking into account economic aspects and LHT-relevant purchasing processes in coordination with the purchasing department
Implementation of development projects within the framework of LHT development operations as a design engineer
Degree in engineering specialising in mechanical engineering
Additional qualification as a design engineer desirable (or willingness to acquire)
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of project management and fixture construction
Sound expertise in business management contexts
Good knowledge of general design and machine guidelines for the safe operation of machines and systems (e.g. CE, EN, DIN)
Good knowledge of the individual engine parts to be machined, their materials and the repair methods used
Good knowledge of the relevant aircraft construction regulations and other regulations relevant to LHT
Good user knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office as well as basic knowledge of CAD (Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Solidworks)
Good written and spoken English skills
Existing work permit for the EU
