  • Ensuring the availability of materials for the maintenance, repair and refit of Bundeswehr helicopters
  • Planning and processing of operational logistics activities in the ERP system (SAP R/3 and SASPF)
  • Close cooperation with production planning, work preparation, quality assurance, production and the client (German Armed Forces)
  • Management of missing parts (Missing Part Management) and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI Monitoring)
  • Collaboration on various projects to optimise logistics processes
  • Creating purchase requisitions for the procurement of materials
  • Direct cooperation with operational purchasing and work preparation


  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of logistics and supply chain as well as extensive experience as a dispatcher
  • Knowledge in the field of military aviation is an advantage
  • Experienced user knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as expertise with Google Workspace and SASPF
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU
