Tasks

• Monitoring of manufacturing performance and manufacturing processes

• Drive implementation of the first installation

• Creation and updating of work plans

• Defining requirements for industrial assets such as tools and machines and for creation or modification

• Planning regular feedback loops with the production team

• Managing important and recurring work preparation issues

• Participating in the routines of the production team

• Support the continuous improvement of the shop floor

• Assessing the impact of changes in the industry

• Translate industrial requirements into design and supply chain

• Responsibility for support configuration management 

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or engineering or mechanical engineering or business informatics

• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing / production, project management and process improvement

• Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Existing work permit for the EU
