Tasks

  • Comprehensive responsibility for safety, punctuality and quality during all assembly phases

  • Expertise in the assembly of components and assemblies for low-voltage and high-voltage batteries

  • Efficient inventory management of parts, tools and equipment as a key area of responsibility

  • Precise troubleshooting and immediate feedback of defects to the relevant teams

  • Systematic documentation of production data in the production system for optimum traceability

  • Dedicated collaboration with the manufacturing engineering team to continuously improve processes, equipment, tools and repair solutions

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, electrician or equivalent qualification

  • Extensive multi-year experience in the manufacture and repair of electromechanical components

  • Safe handling of medium and high-voltage systems up to 1kV DC

  • Initial knowledge of high-performance battery systems and modern production machines or a high willingness to learn

  • Basic knowledge of English to understand written and verbal instructions

  • Flexibility through willingness to work in a 2-shift system

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
