Lead the programme development process on behalf of the Senior Project Manager for clear definition, alignment and documentation of project objectives throughout the development cycle
Responsibility for assessing project impact and clearly communicating recommendations to the Senior Project Manager and system or technical leads
Representing the Senior Project Manager and consulting on technical decisions for appropriate consideration of impacts and risks
Ensure delivery of project objectives through measurable outcomes as part of the programme delivery process
Effective team management, active support for impediments and resolution activities
Facilitation of delivery related meetings, including planning meetings and retrospectives
Responsibility for developing, managing and monitoring the schedule with focus on dependencies and deliveries to other teams and suppliers
Early warning system for undelivered handovers, parts and realised risks and opportunities
Active management of risks and opportunities, ensuring effective planning of risk mitigation measures
Completed university degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering) or relevant technical experience
Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the complex aerospace industry
Participation in at least one aircraft development programme, preferably E-VTOL, over the entire project life cycle
Proven leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams
Practical expertise in various project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches such as SAFE and SCRUM
Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, risk management, cost estimation, communication and resource management
Experience with JIRA is desirable
Business fluent in English, German an advantage
Existing work permit for the EU
